Richard Payer designs custom web graphics as a RI web developer. He works as a freelancer for small local business owners in RI and MA. Richard owns, developed and maintains several websites and a blog to include his domain name registration and web hosting services website. He lives in Tiverton RI and when he does get a chance to take a break from web development, he spends time updating the content here on FAA and updating his site on ArtistWebsites.com.
Managing the business end of posting and selling the creative works of friends and family is Richard’s newest project. This project is in the first stages of development and will grow as more family and friends become involved.
